Access
Shonan Village Center is located about 50 km South-West from Tokyo and can be accessed by train or by bus (for details please consult the official venue website). Two shuttle busses will depart from Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT) to the venue at exactly 18:00 on 6 January and will return there around 13:00 on 9 January.

Shuttle Bus from Yokohama Station
For your convenience, two shuttle busses have been arranged to go from Yokohama Station to the venue. The shuttle bus will depart from Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT) at 18:00. Therefore, we kindly ask all participants to be present at the meeting point (YCAT pedestrian deck) at 17:30!

Shuttle Bus Meeting Point
All participants who will make use of the shuttle bus are expected to meet at the Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT) pedestrian deck on the 2nd floor of the Sky Building at 17:30 (Note for Europeans: there is no ground floor). The YCAT can easily be reached from Yokohama station through the underground walkway and is clearly indicated with signs. Please refer to the YCAT website for detailed directions.
