Thank you for having made the first international workshop on spatial omics in plant systems a tremendous success!
This expert workshop will bring together a focused group of key researchers in the rapidly developing field of spatial omics in plant systems.
Participation fee: ¥75,000
The workshop will be a guided open format to present and discuss the challenges and opportunities for spatially resolved technologies such as transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, in plant systems.

- 6 January – Shuttle from Yokohama and dinner
- 7 January – Platform comparison and tissue preparation
- 8 January – Segmentation, analysis, and data integration
- 9 January – 3D spatial omics and shuttle to Yokohama

The ideas and outcome of the workshop will be summarized in a review article that will be submitted to The Plant Cell. All participants are encouraged to contribute.
